General Information We hope that you have a great time while in our area. This page contains information that maybe helpful to your stay. If you have any special needs please ask in advance of arrival. The guest house was built and opened in 2008 and obtained a five star energy rating. Located off the highway in the center of the CBD, we are a close walk to most of the main attractions in Narooma. Guests have access to the main lounge for reading/TV or relaxing, use of the dining room and adjoining veranda plus BBQ. Rooms are fitted with Queen bed shower en suite or King bed spa en suite and type depends on your booking selection. Although not suitable for disabled guests, we do have a ramp entry and guest lift to the second level. We also offer baggage to room on arrival and to car on departure.

Check in latest is 09:00pm, if arriving later, please advise prior.
Water from the tap is fine to drink, but we do have filtered in room.
We do have motor cycle undercover lockup, please advise at booking.
All rooms are sound proofed with only five rooms making for a quiet stay ?.
All rooms are located on the second level and we have a chair lift if required.
Common areas are lounge, dining area, lower veranda and south side veranda.
For other guests safety all sporting equipment is to be stored in car park garage.
Room inclusions are spa or shower en suite, TV/DVD/ reverse cycle air, fridge etc.
Most restaurants start closing there burners by around 08:00pm during off season.

Breakfast is between 07:30an and 09:00am either in the downstairs dining room or on the veranda.
Check out latest is 10:00am and check in earliest is 02:00pm unless pre requested and available.
Bed linen is all man made, bottom sheet, top sheet, blanket and doona covered. Extra blanket is in room.
What do you NOT need to bring, bed linen, towels, soap, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tea/coffee, shower cap.
There are Sting Rays, small octopus, small Pan Handle sharks and seals in the bay with a boardwalk to view the sea life. The inlet is just a part of a pristine water way.
Montague Island is appox 30 mins and has fairy penguins, seals, assorted bird life and historic building and light house. Whales abound in season with dolphins and sea turtles to add to the experience.
There is a scenic drive around the back of the bay with bush walks, town/sea views and you can drive to Tilba through the local country side.

Mystery Bay is a great beach walk, with Tilba Central just another 5 mins drive on.
Arrival/Car Park Drive down the side land and park in our rear car park, entry is through the rear door. The car park is off the street and is on site, it has full CCTV and sensor lighting coverage
Electric Charging We have two Tesla destination chargers only. Due to a large number of fire hazards with charging E bike batteries, no charging within the building is allowed.
Cancellation Policy Contact your booking agent to cancel your booking, they will contact us and we will follow-up based on the cancellation policy. To cancel if booked with us please send an email of your change/cancellation, and we will send a confirmation. Canceling prior to 72hrs to arrival (2:00pm) we will refund minus 10% to reverse booking and credit card etc, note we do not charge any credit card fee. If after 72 hrs or a no show, we do take the full stay amount. Anchors Aweigh bookings, we do take 10% to confirm at time of booking. All this is due to our small size and heavy bookings.
