Narooma - The Nature Town
Narooma is located on the south coast of NSW. During the summer the whales, sea turtles, fairy penguin's, seals and dolphins abound. Montague Island which is located 30 mins east by boat from Narooma, local boats carry out day trips diving with the seals and fishing within the local area.
North of town there are bush activities including a bush drive to Tilba. Enjoy a walk on the inlet board walk and see the local wild life that abounds. Our local Art Deco style Kinema is always a great place to enjoy a show or movie. Clubs, pubs and restaurants offer a range of food, Indian, Chinese, Australian, local sea food and a la carte.
Cycle/walk ways cover our coast line, or there are several very large lakes for boating and if fishing is your oyster then you have only to decide which location to enjoy.
